  • awesome man. try to star standing up rather then chest down and rely more on the swing of your arms, and throw your momentum upwards rather then back. goodluck man

  • wow i got a lot of motivation Thx man

  • focus on jumping straight up. then tucking in. also, try not to bend down so much before you flip. :D good work thoug.

  • Damn, I think I am wearing a helmet when I try....O.O

  • @shadetheninja666 wearing helmet makes u heavy :(

  • the problem is he's not jumping upwards

  • lololol faceplant

  • your going down far too much :L

  • just as DaRussianz said, you should jump up, the more vertical u jump the better, and also, remember to always look in front of you, and soon as you spot your landing release, you will get a perfect landing

  • when you do a backflip you want to jump up! then tuck your kness towards you !

  • determination at its finest, was that a miniature schnauzer tryin to throw you off?

  • the guy got his butt messed up

  • nice work! im working on mine to, i can do a handspring, but its hard cutting out the hand part... ive heard from other people that its best not to bend your knees past 90 degrees, they say you get a better spring. also, focus un jumping UP first, most concentrate too much on the spin and dont get the necessary air.

    good luck!

  • now you just need to do it on flat ground with NO pit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
