You see things NO one should see and do things that you would never imagine you would do, all to survive just one more day. You experience things you WISH you could forget, but never do. My ex-girlfriend and her mom and little brother were homeless for almost a year. I didn't find that out until she came and told me. So I asked, or should I say "begged" my dad to let her and her family move in with us for a couple of months. And he did. While they lived with us I worked to help them get back on their feet. Her homelessness made our relationship and that between her family very rocky. But we got through it. Now were both adults and look back at the situation as moral.
