Helipad is always empty for me, no barrells or anything, just some glowing icon for some mini-game. Tried about 5-6 times, always same result.

The baggage carrier appears in two places depending on the conditions. It appears on this oil rig only AFTER you kill the Volk kingpin. It also appears in the Shai-Gen district inside the multi-level "parking garage" structure where one of the bosses is hiding, but only BEFORE that boss dies. Getting the cart from the rig is a hit-or-miss affair, but it's easier than trying to drive it out of a whole building full of hostile shooters.

Why do that when you can spawn the baggage cart in keys the city mode when ever you want to at the agency garage. But it is nice to know where to get it in the regular game.

Thank you so much for posting this. I would have never found it if it weren't for this video. One question though. I have every car except the Los Muertos' cars, because I had already cleansed Los Muertos when the update came out. Is there any way I can get the Los Muertos cars?

you can still get them.. go to all of the boss locations . most of the time theyll just be parked there. there's a couple at the nightclub, a few at the dirt track dome on the upper island, etc

Yes it is, I just sped up the not-so crucial portions of it. I wanted to keep them so you could see where to get it, but I didn't feel it was necessary to make you sit through the entire process.

Yeah, it's only there while that boss is though, once you beat the game the only spot to get them is the one in the video.
