Eddy Curry is actually not a terrible player. He's got some talent. He can be a problem in the post. When he does play, he draws constant double teams as soon as he touches the ball in the post. That right there let's you know he ain't no scrub. The problem with Eddy is staying in shape and staying healthy enough to be out there on the floor. His weight is always up and down. He also needs to work on his poor work ethic. He's healthy now, let's see what he does this season if D'Antoni plays him.

That year he averaged 19pts and 7 rebs (7rebs in 35mpg...pathetic), the team had a 108.8drating...he had a 110 rating lol...do you guys know how pathetic that is for your CENTER to be worse than your teams average drating? Shaq was a better outlet passer and so is Dwight Howard who cleans boards and passes to his teammates to rain jumpers. High caliber teams who have the size will simply make him work for his shot since he has no behind the basket game, thus becoming a tall turnover machine. And teams with fast PGs will keep driving at him to get his ass in foul trouble.

He doesnt take the effort, he is a liability on defense, he wont fight on the glass, he cant play a team system on a regular basis...the only thing he is more or less good at is making his own basket, and that is not enough.

Eddy Curry is actually not a terrible player. He's got some talent. He can be a problem in the post. When he does play, he draws constant double teams as soon as he touches the ball in the post. That right there let's you know he ain't no scrub. The problem with Eddy is staying in shape and staying healthy enough to be out there on the floor. His weight is always up and down. He also needs to work on his poor work ethic. He's healthy now, let's see what he does this season if D'Antoni plays him.

@SupremeGodSon What talent? His best season didn't even shoot over .500, relied so much on his athleticism than having a low post move, no post presence on defense, horrible rebounder for a man his size and strength and and utter black hole if he's given the ball. Great stats on a bad team as well.
And I hope he goes to Miami. Fat fuck wasn't motivated before so I doubt he'd be more so and his whiny ass will just clash with the low chemistry the team has.
