Erm, so she learned a lot about Dr. Hammerstein's evil experiments, and now she suddenly has mysterious "things to do..." Three guesses who the villain(ess) will be in Nightmare 4D.
According to David P. Gray (the author of all Hugo games) there won't be another sequel to the four existing games due to it requiring such a large amount of money to do one for today's market.
Not to say there would never be one, but it won't be done by Gray Design Associates. And it would require the copyright being bought, which he is not willing to sell.
There should be a sequence where two years later or so, Hugo finally finds Penelope after disappearing, and then find out that she's been turned evil by Dr. Hamerstein (before his death that is) and then he has to fight his love in an epic battle between Hugo the hero and the evil Dr. Penelope and her minions of fabel creatures, robots and mutelated lab rats.
You guys need to calm your asses down. He's not rejected because who the fuck would EVER say that they'll meet again when they reject each other?! I doubt it! They'll see each other again. They just never got that in the story that's all.
