This song is great example of a homophonic texture- piano accompanies Swarthout's melody and creates a beautiful background that supports it, while not imposing upon it either

@jcabezadebaca True, except that in this recording the original piano accompaniment has been arranged for (and is played by) a full orchestra. The orchestration is quite good, though, and it is still an example of a homophonic texture - melody (voice) and accompaniment (in this case, orchestra).
