Thanks for the great video, when I first tried to fold that "really hard fold" it became a mess, but after looking at it a bit, there are a few other precreases that seem to help get the fold going the proper way as the side of the model creases along a fold that you already have a precrease on and looking carefully at the last crease you can get a better idea of how to fold it down (the last mountain-valley folds in the sequence). Thanks again tissue foil worked well.

Wetfolding is a technique used with springy, usually thick papers.Very thin papers or papers with little to no sizing, or the glue that determines how springy it is, will not be good for wet folding. "Wet" is a little exaggerated. It is more dampened. The water melts the sizing inside the paper (water soluble), making it easy to fold. After you are done, it is easy to shape because when it dries, the sizing dries in that position,making it as strong as it was at the beginning
