Wow, kamsamnida so much for your reply. How exciting!Yes, the leading man and others were fantastic and I could see them being sincere for their roles and audience even if I didn't understand the language.
I like how enrgetic and fresh Korean musicals are. Musicals in Japan are also good, but the cast are a bit too old.(^^;)
sorry for writing back this much. I'm just happy you have replyed to me!
OH! Don't be sorry at all and thank you so much for the comment again :D I haven't had a chance to see Japanese musical but if I have a chance I'll definitely go see it! :)
don't you know Matsumoto Koshiro already recognized by the province of Castilla-La Mancha in Spain for his MORE THAN 1,000 PERFORMANCES over 38 YEARS as Don Quixote in the stage musical "The Man from La Mancha".
so imagined those korean casts could performed like him for the next 38 years :)
I saw this show in Japan quite recently. Cho Seung Woo was the lead (Don Quixote). He was just so AMAZING that I was stunned.I wish I understood Korean. Have no idea what they are talking in this clip.:(
Good to hear that he was good in Japan too :) In this clip he just talks about why he choose this show and how he thinks about the character of Don Quixote things like that and how he feels about another cast Jung Sung-hwa and all that ^^
Oh~~~ yesterday! "2008 The Musical Awards"
Cho Seung-woo won the best-actor in "Man of Lamancha"!! Congratulations!
