Gloria Estefan is an Israelite from the tribe of Manasseh (so-called Cubans). It's not a coincidence how she has Jews (so-called African-Americans) singing the chorus in the background. They are God's chosen people, and this is an excellent example of why.

On a side note: Unfortunately she is not serving God & Christ... if she was serving them, she would have on a dress instead of pants (Deut 22:5)

This is a great song..

I was mentally abused by my family, and thus developed seizures in 2004. At present, I am seizure free for 2 years and 5 months...thank God, I was still able to get my life, career on a solid ground...Thank God for showing me that light...

This is a very powerful and moving song. I believe she is singing of her salvation after a near death and horiffic accident, she finally realizes who has been there with her and for her and she is thankful that he has shined his light on her and gave her another chance at life. I loved this song, it was a special song for gloria, as it proved that gloria came back to us after a freak coach accident. Drs said she'd never walk again, but she was determined. Her first steps onto the stage with her family watching brought tears to my eyes.
