That's shocking, bro? If you are ever blessed with the opportunity to visit East Los Angeles you should take a lavatory tour of the neighborhood.  For some unknown reason, nobody has been able to grasp the concept of flushing used toilet tissue down the commode. You will often find a pile of TP treasures (including chocolate smear suprise) on the floor or in a basket next to the toilet.

ive seen worst then the last one, it was in france, on the road i had to go terribly and the only toilet available was filled with poop litteraly, i think it was coming out of the toilet, really disgusting!
