I bought tough tex balloons from kaboom balloons and I had some problems with tuftex balloons i inflate them and they poped. I have better luck with qualatex balloons. Is there any other website i should try.
One comment that I do want to make is that KBI does not have the best quality balloons. A few loooners and I have made this comment before, and they told me that KBI keeps older stock balloons, thus for the lower price and lack of quality. Plus, they have two separate charges, unlike other companies that have the all-in-one charge. Also, KBI is not the cheapest for big balloons. Their prices may seem cheap or a better deal to people, but it is a luring factor. I can help you with the pricing :).

@Valedc03ls well that explains a lot...I've got several damaged balloons from KBI, and they were suposed to be new :|
