I was born and raised in Hawaii, my father is caucasian and my mother is filipino, making me half and half. regardless, being raised in hawaii you learn and become accustomed to the "aloha spirit" while yes there is an actual race of Hawaiians, its much more than that, its an attitude, and I can say that I would consider myself Hawaiian, and also Asian, its kind of hard to grasp.
