And now, to find this classic scene on YT, thank you!!! For those who haven't seen this movie, you MUST!!! Look on Amazon, Yahoo, EVERYWHERE! "Summer of Fear", or "Stranger In Our House", which is the original renaming of the movie. The book is "Summer of Fear", and the movie was renamed later on.

  • @590Elisa It was Stranger in the House when it released in 1977, when the DVD came out it was renamed.

  • @590Elisa

Well, actually, this tv movie first aired, the title was 'Stranger In Our House'. It is based on the original novel "Summer of Fear" by Lois Duncan. Lois Duncan was a very popular author who wrote for us young adults, as we junior high school types were referred to back then. She wrote other suspense novels like 'Killing Mr. Griffin'. The moment I saw this movie for the first time - (and I'm 49 now) - it seemed so familiar, and I realized I read the book as a teenager!

  • very good movie old but good

  • It's also called summer of fear

  • Holy smokes! I've been trying to remember the title of this movie for over a year! I completely got the characters wrong! I thought Linda Blair's character was a little boy! It certainly didn't help that I only watched the last part of the film so many years ago.

  • my teacher recommended this book for me and now lois duncan is one of my favorite authors

  • I jused to read her stuff all the time as a kid! Good reading. Creepy stuff.

  • Lois Duncan was the best! I used to race home to read each of her books and read them over and over. I loved Stranger with my Face best!

  • @pizza808v2 same

  • Could u upload the full movie?

  • I also saw this movie back in the 70's. I recall only seeing it once, but would love to see it again! : )

  • i just read the book and i havent seen the movie yet : ( it look cool though

  • I saw this movie ONCE in the 70's and would love to see the entire film again. It was a fun movie to watch.

  • I read this book when I was in grade 7 or something. Loved it. Then I watched the film. I remember when all the girls got their hair done in these perms (that was the true horror). Thanks for posting this.
