Is it just me or does The Master's voice change drastically from moment to moment? You can hear it when he sings. Like, at first he has a typically masculine voice, but at 0:27 to 0:29 and especially at 0:43 to 0:46, his voice takes on an almost androgynous sound. You can also hear it when he laughs.

Not that I'm complaining. I think it's actually pretty awesome and adds to his madness.

After all, he's sooooo changeable!

I recommend starting at New-Who series one episode one 'Rose', this is where most people start. If I were you I'd learn a bit about the show before watching, as some fans can be rather spiteful to people who get facts about the show wrong. It is an old and bitter Fandom... Also, what episode did you see?
