I found a CD set advertised on the internet a couple of days ago that had the original of this song on it. There was a facility to play an excerpt of it and the words were slightly different, but now I can't find it or any reference to it.

I don't understand because it says this version was written by Norman Gimbel and Charles Fox in the 1970s, but I definitely remember seeing and hearing an earlier version from the 1950s.

Can anyone help?
