@boomerncheeze Tell me what is it you have to be proud of? Your country sucks, shit dick. Hockey is our sport you fuck. Which one has more NHL teams? Right... sniff sniff... USA owns you. Take your maple leaf flag and shove it up your ass, prick.
@BillSteer99 Just because you have more teams dosent mean your the ebst you dumbfuck. Team Canada won 5 Gold medals in a row, and all of them we beat your shit country. You don't own hockey, you just think you do because you feel your country is better then the others. Look it up on the internet, dumbass, Canada invented it and we own it.
@fatpat1823 least year in the NHL, he's around 35, and he puts up 33 points in 54 games? thats better numbers then guys like Stevie-Y, Phil Esposito and Luc Robitaille did in their last years and they are all better players then Theo with maybe the exception of Robitaille
His dad was a drunk all of his life growing up but sobered up when Theo was playing for Colorado. His Mother was a lifetime drug addict, yes. She was addicted to valium and was a mess most of the time. I don't know why everyone gave you negative ratings, it was just a question.
Feel bad for the guy, but he still acted like a child.
No one is going to convince me that Fleury's "comeback" with the Flames was nothing more then a way to promote his book. Hats off to him for doing that, it was smart, but tacky, there is no way he wanted to play in the NHL and probably was relieved when he was cut.
We may be in the days of Ovie and Crosby but fleury can still contribute in many ways. He is a great passer and has the experiance and patience to make the right play at the right time. He is tenaciousand has the heart that makes champions. Of course he is'nt going to be on the first line but a smart coach will be able to use Fleury to get momentum at key times. Younger players will no doubt benefit from Fleurys experiance. All around he is a great, low-cost addition for any NHL team.
theoran fleury grew up with my moms family, him and his brothers. when he was a kid he had none of the fancy equipment he had shittty stuff, but it was his heart. two years aggo he came to our house for kereokke where he now has a new baby. hope he makes it back
No...it's too bad some dipshit stole his soul from him when he was young and vulnerable which led him to substance abuse. Thats the real tragedy. And he's sober now and can be an inspiration to those who have suffered as he did.
I read his book: Playing with Fire, it's really good

Tough talk from a guy who's never sniffed the ice of an NHL arena, much less skated upon it.
Theo won a Stanley Cup and an Olympic Gold Medal, that's enough for me.

He's not as good as he once was, but he'll be a good 3rd line winger. Probably 10-15 minutes a game. Good luck Theo!
