I liked the introduction of the new girl (Kyoki-san?) In my mind i could already see her as an alternative ending, with a branching storyline as an alternative to the main Kana lovestory That was the only thing i felt a bit missing in the original title... although kana is the main heroine, i woudlve wanted a real ending with yumi aswell, and , in this ending Kana and Taka don't start their romance for example :p

A true ending for Yumi is something that a lot of Kana fans wished for. Yumi is a good girl at heart, and it would have been nice to see her truly happy in an ending.

I have to admit that Darkling's will always be my favorite because of the closure it brought for me, and like you said, his writing is really good. I never read past his first fanfic, though. Taka accidentally falls onto Kana, they end up kissing, then Yumi enters the room.
Yeah i think you should of used "Onii-chan" or "Onii-san" insted of "bro" idk why ut it felt weird that their was alot of japanese puncuation then there was just "bro" XD

The game uses "bro". A LOT, lol. It's a simple word, but the way Kana uses it makes it really important to the game, and you get so used to her saying it. Changing it in the fanfic wouldn't feel right; it wouldn't have the same emotional impact. We wanted to keep certain things the same so that it felt more like the actual game.

It's called "Love, Fate, Love". It's the ED theme to an anime called Final Approach. The one used in this video is a slightly custom version, though, since I had to do some editing to it.
