My friends and I did this at this one building foundation. We have 4 long, 2 wide of cinderblocks and put liquid nails on the edges, then got some angle iron and Slapped that shit on. Now we got a perfect spot.

fill the blocks with cement then put the angle iron on and use bondo to get the top smooth

well you can go to an iron wholesale supplier ( i have one witthin 15 miles of my own, Irvine, CA.) and get it at a decent rate. Or at least i can cause I went to welding school with a dude who works there. But yeah that shit is good coping!

to be honest, i couldnt tell you. if you find the blocks, thats free. theyre like 1.25 a piece at the store. angle iron is like 20 bucks a piece, and liquid nail is like 6 a tube. if you read the edit in the description it tells you how i made a better box.

i just made one the bricks were about $10 for 6 of them and the angle iron was $30 for both and the liquid nails were $5 for 2 tubes (but you only really need one), the wood on top I had laying around lol but a piece would be about $5-$10
