your description says it will block 100's of legitimate sites. That is a wrong statement. The government has released a report stating that only 1% of websites will be misleadingly blocked (even though it will be far higher then that)... but if we do go by that percent, keeping in mind that most experts will accept a figure of around 18`000`000`000 websites, 1% would be 180`000`000 websites........so its tens of millions websites mis-blocked
