@kgaflights my point that was lost before my rant was, my intent in signing was because I know the system is run by the ultimate mob and I felt coerced into signing another document built apon fraud. For if I didn't, I should fear for my life, because the "government" can simply have you disappear if your a problem. So out of fear I signed, not because I wanted to admit to anything. BUT...
After the next false flag all bets are off and it will be 'us' against them' until our last breath.

@teargardens lmao Honestly we wouldn't be surprised, although we would much rather see peace and happiness, but with the things the way they are going the power hungry elite would rather exterminate everyone rather than give up their power. If you get the chance check out SovereignConnection . com its a great site. They charge $60 a year, but with 12 gigs of content it would still be worth it if they charged 10 times that.

The "Strawman" is in your head.
There are no magic spells to get rid of tyranny. At the end of the day, government is not about obscure legal jurisdictions obody knows (and which most judges probably never even think about), it is men and their use of force on you (on their end) and you consenting to obey (on your end).
Lawyerly sophistry justifying tyranny needs to be combated, no doubt, but that will take studying the Constitution, Delaration of Independence, and the Bible

Far better to emphasize history of positive vs. negative rights theories of law, the real basis of law. The Founders didn't sit around arguing patriot mythology about "strawmen," they argued about rights, where they come from, and how to secure them by limiting government. And then they got up off their asses and fought the redcoats.

The Capital lettering is to distiguish between legal and lawful. If you accept your name in all Capital letters and consent to it then it just means you allow legal commercial law to re present you. Otherwise in any legal action you would not consent to it. See my vids on Winston shrout.

People in japan dont have their name written in Capital Letters on bills. Winston shrout explains that its only there to distinguish the transaction as a legal one. I never sign my name as a signature as thats legal.
I write in block letters too when signing followed by TM. TM means trade mark. If you really want freedom you have to get out of the legal commercial system and toss all credit cards and dealings with the government into the bin. Can you do that ?

I know all about HJR 192 and the legal stuff. But in my research I am of two minds at the moment. I think you can navigate through the legal stuff by knowing who you are in relation to God, the birth certificate name and how agents try to entrap you to contract. Thats all you need to and then act in accordance with the arrows that they shoot at you. Its hand of course to know the basics in writing affidavits and letters to those you are warring with.

What the elite do is control everything and own nothing. This is where I'm going to head for. I dont register to vote. Dont apply for anything. Put stuff in Trusts or other peoples names etc etc. Minimize your interaction with anything to do with the government. The Crown owns all the land in this world and their not gonna make
