I have been reading the comments i think it is time to share what i think about both game first we have.

Dead Rising2:good graphic,story,slow zombies,a lot of comb weapons with differents way of killing zombies,free walking,casinos, minigames, a rambo main character.

Left 4 dead2:simple nice graphics,deadly infected,a story if you pay attention,good characters,limited weapons,kits,etcs,multiplayer.

it really look hard to decided but let me add what i think about both games

I have to say I liked DR more than L4D. It surprisingly got boring to me really fast, even VS mode got boring fast.

I have more time spent playing DR than I do L4D 0.o.

Also love the old footage of l4d before valve took over. lol liked the older char models more. Back when the "zombies" where referred to being infected by everyone at Valve and not undead. ( Around that time they where adamant about not calling em zombies, valve was too for a while but then they switched to calling em zombies )

Well it depends on what you want. If you want good online teamwork horror first-person shooting and finale game, Left 4 Dead but if you want good horror story third-person survival variety phsychopath boss battles and extra costumes including Megaman Xs armor, Dead Rising. : ) I like both but mostly Dead Rising.

dead rising has many MANY different things to unlock, experiment with and it HAS A STORY LINE. Left 4 Dead is fun at first, but the AI lags behind, refuses to save you for a good 5 seconds from special zombies (causing atleast 30 damage even on easy) Playing as zombies during vs is fun but completely unfair and people always play online in any mode just to annoy other. Defending survivors as zombies, shooting teammates, running off on their own on expert,etc

The replay value of Left 4 Dead is amazing! Oh and the AI Director is really awesome. + It's the Online multiplayer with up to 7 other people. I would say left 4 dead is better overall. Oh and it's not a zombiegame, they're "infected" so the zombies don't have to move slow like they're drugged up.

in dead rising 2 u can also make mortifications weapons such as a canoe paddle with to mini chainsaws attach to each end or since the main character in a biker u can attach 2 chainsaws to your bike's handlebars and let loose the pain.

the hunter jumps 100 ft in the air. the witch has giant finger nails. and the tank was probably on steroids before he was infected and ate more as a zombie. L4D 2 and dead rising 2 come out soon so those r going to be good to compare. L4D 2 will have new melee weapons u can pick up. also incendiary rounds for your gun ( when u shoot the zombies they catch fire great for tank).dead rising 2 to will take place in fortune city ( kinda like Las Vegas).

L4D u need teamwork to play. if your by yourself then your screwed. dead rising is more realistic. besides the church lvl there are no other psychopaths. is dead rising there are many. also there are zombies that have 100ft tongue till u cross a human with a frog. any a fat guy who can throw up on command or blow up.

the only thing in D.R that makes me so angry is the A.I when your trying to save people and the unrealism when your shooting NORMAL SOLDIERS with a shotgun at point blank range and it takes 4 shots....other than that...good game...
