not really. You have had your eggs inside you since you were approx. three months of age, no joke. As you age, so they age too. The quailty of the eggs begin to decline the older you get. Men produce "new" sperm daily, though it takes weeks for them to mature, we aren't so lucky. You only have so many eggs, each month so many begin to develop, but only one, or two are released.
