Mine did that just from sitting in the clset for a ponth, with absolutely NO air in it...I was PISSED!!!

@lolley1100 Have 5 videos of 5 different tanks of this same problem, sent the tank 4 times to the Co. and got them back and crack a month later, changed to crossy again!

its the polymer coating..it shouldn't be a problem, my friends at my fields ninja tank did the same exact thing... Unless the carbon fiber itself is actually cracking..

I would never play with a tank that has fissures or hoping that the carbon fiber is in good condition

this tank in this condition will never pass a HYDRO test after 5 years even if it makes it

the guys at the scuba shop wont fill it too

They should not be expanding that much ether on 3000 Psi.Yeah i can see 4000 or more by using Nitro.

I never go past 3000 Psi.Are you going off a scuba tank?Because if you are then the tanks shouldn't be having this problem at all.

yep scuba fills, it dosent matter the carbon fiber tanks they are made for 18000 PSI but they tell us to use a 1/4 because thats ultra safe

its the polymer external coating that ninja uses on theyre tanks. ninja tanks epand so much that the coating cracks 8/10 ninja tanks will go through this. its not a safety issue unless the fiber wrap is damaged. High five to ninja's "high-quality" American ingenuity

when you got it new? thats ridiculous, you should be able to take the tank out of the box and expect complete reliability from it. a faulty o ring like that should have been spotted by ninja

t would have taken way too long as I had found this out on a Thursday and was playing on Sat. I still had to take 2 trips out to my shop which is like 40 minutes each trip. But after this hiccup, its been holding air fine. I've been shooting here and there outside my window and it still has more than 1000psi.

this is deffinately unacceptable however it appears to be a serious fluke, they have sold a ton of tanks and this is the only time ive heard of it happening, granted that is in no way a defence and someone over there obviously dropped the ball someplace but I have never had any probs with mine so i'll be keeping it. heres an idea of how bad this could have been a 68/45 filled can peel a car roof off if it explodes inside a vehicle.

no just swap for a new one but I dont think Im going to go for a swap this thing has caused more problems that only a tank, My team dosen't want to play anymore, wives are angry, we feal unsecure using this brand etc., I just think that a swap isn't fair

it is a 3 month old tank I only filled to 3000 like 8 times have 2 month with it, Im staying with crossfire
