  • License unless it's to persons

  • No you do not hav to hv. Lic

  • In the US do you need a pilot's licence to have one of these very small planes?

  • Everyone knows that when it comes to reliability in aircraft a little weight is easily sacrificed for reliability. 2 strokes are notorious for seizing up. And the new 4 strokes weigh no more than the 2 smokers. Why do you think they're using them on motocross bikes?

  • As often as 2 strokes seize up on snowmobiles, i don't think I would trust one very far. They just quit for no reason. Why not use a Yamaha 4 stroke with turbo?

  • @RubiTrack does ""ULTRALIGHT"" (weight) gives you any idea why???

  • do you have rudderpedals on these aircraft or do you steer with the wings only?

  • @luukdeman111 You steer the plane with your feet on the ground, like a billy cart. In the air it is wing only. Microlights dont have rudders like other aircraft. It is basicly a motorised hanglider. They are alot of fun and one of the most safest form of powered flight.

  • Just go buy a tripod for your camera man!

  • where do u buy those

  • those look like fun! i wanna go!

  • the engine waz just prolly cold... calm down

  • okay can you clarify something for me...

    1) no age limits?

    2) for a single seater you dont need a license?

    3) you have to meet certain requirments to fly a single without lisence?

  • Depending on the engine it can sometimes take a couple of attempts from cold, there's a knack to it, especially with the two strokes. Not a problem, you warm the engine for 5-10 minutes before flight anyway and any issues are generally apparent from the instrumentation.

  • @agentfazexx bad, bad idea to comment on a topic you have no clue about.

  • Nice ill-informed comment. Keep your dumbass comments to yourself.

  • Sounds like he needed to prime it better, gotta love 2 strokes.

  • @agentfazexx just cuz it takes long to start doesnt mean its going to crap out

  • should check out that engine before you fly....

  • Yea, with an Engine bogging out like that, i would have got off that ride!

  • Uh....I'n not a mechanic, but since it took 3 tries to get the engine going, and it sounds nasty.....I was a bit nervous for you. In any event it looks like fun, and hey, you didn't die so that's good. Thx for posting the vid.

  • aircrafts can take multipul times before the engine starts its not anything to worry about unless you get to like 7 times

  • what model is it?

The MA-32 R503 looks great, but they don't give the speed with the Proffi vs the MA-32 R582 with the Proffi.

  • I'm thinking about purchasing a kit for an ultralight kite.. How much did you pay for yours?

  • do not buy a kit.. is not worth it. the engine, wing and instrument you will not build yourself..so, you will not save much. fcatory built is the way to go.

  • I so wanna ride a trike when im older!

  • those things look freakin scary to ride on. you wear parachutes right?

  • More fun than scary. See the white canister under the engine? That's the BRS - Ballistic Recovery System. A handle in the cockpit activates a rocket which pulls a parachute out of the canister. The chute is attached to the frame, so it supports the whole aircraft and passengers.

  • @machenga you can glide down you know, it is a glider

  • @machenga They are not scary at all. They are safer than an aircraft. And if your engine fails while you are up in the air you can glide down to safety.

  • lol its ok i just seen the light im a dumbass lol

  • i wanna know at about 3:03 and just after is two bright flashes from the rear of the trike is that normal i couldnt see any lights there??? anyone know???

  • Did You Sit Front Or Back Seat?????

  • Back seat, but he still let us each take control for a good portion of the flight.

  • Oh Ok Well Im Getting Ready To Take My First Intro In A Trike, And I Needed To Know If I Could Set Front Or Back. Thanks. PS: I'm A CFII SEL and A CFI(Glider) and CFII(helicopter)

  • could you please give me a link to a website that sells them. I would appreciate it

  • @pilot865 pilot in front passenger in back

  • Oh thats Lodi you must have flown with Doug Donaldson. Hope that stalling 582 didn't get you too nervous.

  • very nice takeoffs and landings
