  • It is great for recovery days. It is also intense neuromuscular training which my athletes would attest too. They definitely don't see it as "recovery". It is a lot more challenging mentally and physically than it may appear. Of course, it can be toned down and used for recovery, but we generally are using it for athleticism enhancement in combination with more traditional land base exercises.

  • well actually.... there's wasn't much to mix....most of my stuff came from free throws....

  • so everone comes back today... but they didn't sign the new conny.... so owner is like if ur don't sign u don't play and then he brings in like a new guy...but its not a big ...its another 2 or 3...like wtf?
