also cd quality over wireless? pardon me if I remain in doubt till I hear it for myself. but then CD quality audio isn't that great.. how old is CD.. SACD maybe?

@LZIM CD's have the best play back and music quality ever created. They create the most similar sound to the original recording. Way better than compressed files like mp3's or aac's.

More to the point I'm grousing after iPods which are digital and can satisfy mobiles audiophile easily if iTunes and iPod carried and played back music in multichannel (presuming you have multichannel headphones) formats. I'd like to see iPods and headphones support 4ch+ at least.
