  • Nice! how old are you?? Im 16 and I get get about 8 of these bad boys out! :)

  • @1Dalvo strong! i was 22 when i made this video. 25 now. on a good day i can muscle out 14 of these with swing, but just a few with false grip. forearms end up hurting lol; i have small wrists.

  • @quikieemart Dang dude, I havent tried wide grip yet, ill do it sometime i did a muscle up with a 25ib weight yesterday and my wrist hurts lol got small wrists too lol

  • nice work my ass cant even jump on to the the bar...to start with...alot of haters in this world...

  • @MrRudee61 all good! keep doing dips and back exercises so when u do reach u can kill it on the bars! or just grab a chair :D

  • ill stick to regular pull ups

  • @bigbadwolf3567 sounds boring. but okay!

  • you look so strong and you can't do even 5 of these i thought you're gonna do at least 10

  • @nickoolay lol people who are skinny can do a lot of muscle ups. muscle ups do not rely on just aesthetics. at this time i was just learning how to do them. i was pretty heavy at the time, so the ratio of strength per body weight was not enough to allow me to do more than 3 at the time. plus it was technique that allowed me to eventually get up to 8-10 in a row. but you're right, this video is pretty deceiving.

  • good work man, how did you work up to being able to do them? i want to be able to do them but cant think how to train for them i can do a decent amount of pull ups and dips but not muscle ups

  • nice work dude, can you do a one handed chin-up or pull-up

  • @Coops931 i've always wanted to but my legs are pretty heavy. i can get 3/4 of the way but my body ends up twisting naturally and it feels weird lol

  • the muscle ups weren't THAT bad, i don't see what the complaints are about

  • @byakuyakuchiki7 haha. i dunno!

  • this is terrible. i waste 55 s of my life

  • @Pro93Driver THAT'S GREAT! Your parents wasted 536,112,000 seconds of their life raising you.

  • @quikieemart when you learn what is muslcle up than we can talk.

  • @Pro93Driver i know what a muscle up is, and i know this video doesn't show what it is supposed to be. i posted this video as my training, this is when i first started out. no one starts out doing a perfect muscle up. so, what do you want to talk about?

  • this is terrible. i waste 55 s of my life

  • @Pro93Driver you cant just say shit like that and not have any videos of yourself performing muscle ups better then this guy. Therefore, your arrogance isnt at all justifiable when theres no evidence to suggest that you even workout in the first place

  • what up with the right lat being larger and how do you fix that?

  • @yes333yes it was from 4 years of playing tennis; im a righty. to fix it? well, you can concentrate on one handed lat pull downs so in my case i would focus on the right. or even do a normal pull up and then a right arm negative

  • @quikieemart awesome thanks!

  • check out my muscle ups and leave a comm tnx ..

  • man, that is some TERRIBLE form. wait.. that's me.

  • the way you swing ur legs kill me lol, good shit tho =P

  • @INumba1Stunna lol yeh u're right. i dont feel like taking the video down, though hahah. thx for watching!

  • why don't you trim the video

  • fostos ratyi geci

    sok lesz az :É

  • he looks exhausted from tapping this video,,,

  • i actualy been tryn to get a few in a row myself. bu you really should loode the gloves. get some man hands. Nice work

  • @tombee2 hahaha cool it worked! thx man that was fun lol

  • hmm bad form ... stop kickin around... you must do it with out swinging ... but yeah ...still impressive !

  • сука долбоеб только на 20 секунде оказался на турнике! ебать копать!!! Хуйню выкладуют....Иди на Ганибала подрочи может поумнееш!!!

  • I can do sort of the same excercise, not as much as u do! Say is that bar in a public park or do u have it right in ur own backyard ?

  • @alexyomero76 awesome. this is actually in my backyard lol. i have lots of shrubbery back there haha

  • @quikieemart Good 4 u!! I need to go to a public park, but having it in ur own backyard surely helps a lot. Anytime u want to practice u can and noone will watch at ur failures haha

Is there any way u can explain how did u build or gathered all ur "shrubbery"?

  • @alexyomero76 haha. well, we have random bushes along our fence. theres a tree overhanging its branches and leaves on the top right of the video. we also have a persimmon tree and pear tree in our backyard. my parents like to plant random stuff and watch them grow over the years. lol. we have other stuff like a squash frame and 20 other different types of flowers and plants back there

  • rly nice, keep it up.

the bar exercises are the ones. You are working with your own weight so you are pumping your self properly. Bar exercises + some cardio running = whole body work out.

  • @aljosha23 So true! That's one of the benefits of outdoor bar excercises over gym enclosed workout!

  • hey give him a break man, muscle ups are hard and most of us would need to swing our legs like that to achieve 1, let alone 3 with a wide grip. plus, this is the first asian calisthenics video i've seen of a guy doing muscle ups ghetto style, so you gotta love it

  • @Middlemoor thanks!! i was inspired by the 24 hour ghetto workout.

  • WOW!!Holy hell.Nice keep working on it!!:)

  • Hey good job man. Im about to go run and hit the pull up bar and your video motivates me to want to attempt some muscle ups(I haven't done any in probably 4 years!) All these people hating on you are probably on the computer 16 hours a day and have no life. Thanks for the video.

  • @shoreviewvic hahaha i appreciate this comment. yeah man, im glad i could motivate people by posting videos. good luck!

  • oh ok cuz im asian....... and i hit the gym for about a 1month 2 weeks now and i would say im strong cuz i lift heavier than some people but i still look small....im a fast gainer so i take a whey protein to help :D and try to eat alot of clean foods

  • damn dude u have body! :D im guessing any asian guy can be ripped then?

  • @mchief101 lol not quite. i'm a rare breed. nah jp. takes a lot of dedication, sure any asian can be ripped. in fact, everyone can be ripped, fit, etc, as long as they have self motivation and persistence. oh, and health knowledge, that helps of course.

  • dude that is amazing!! those are really hard but what would happen if I did close grips muscle pull ups?

  • lol u look like a defect squirrel.. please get some style before posting on youtube

  • @FoGGeRdk a defect squirrel? you mean defectED squirrel? how does that compare to me, can you tell me? I don't understand your idiotic logic. and who's to say i need to get some 'style' before posting on youtube? since when was there a 'style' requirement? are you that important of a person to make such a bold statement?

  • Good work man! Those muscle-ups are crazy hard... Not to mention, wide grips. Keep up the good work and keep on training!

  • fuck the haters,

    great effort.

bet half the people watchin this couldnt do 1!

im still working on mine, finding the grip change hard.

    hannibal 4 king!

  • dude you are 155 lb and 5'10??

  • i did a miniature version of the strongman competition at my school recently. they weighed me in at 176lbs, same height of course

  • Lol.. Quikieemart it's all good cmdskillz is a another fat kid

  • LOL SETS OF 10 IS MINOR

  • sets of 10 is minor for who?

  • i have a regular strength training routine and i started doing sets of 10 wide grips before and after every workout, no matter what group i did that day. it took me 2 months to build up to one set of slow solid perfect wide grips. im 6ft. 190lbs prolly 12% bf, not as lean as you. and im not being a youtube hero here quikiee lol putting my stats up n shit. cuz im def not a strong dude at all. just trying to put it into perspective for people

  • haha everyone with their dickhead comments. about 3% of the ppl with the hating comments on here could rip out 20 slow wide grips, let alone 3 "man ups" which is what me and my buddies call these. i remember watching the original hannibal videos, which im sure youve seen, and being blown away by the strength it takes to throw your own body weight around like that

  • this guy cant weigh more than 130

  • lol what? i'm 5'10, 155 lbs in this video

  • u got no form buddy, better hit them pull ups sum more

  • strong :)

  • great video

  • haha look at them legs, swurling everywhere.

    Still, you are strong

  • @Lijpehond lol yeh. i suck

  • strict form on a muscle up is to have your legs dangling like dead weights. however, kingpin00234 having a friend help you isnt the same as using your legs which MOST people do because strict form is hard

  • You should learn how to use your whole body. Try to use your legs a little bit; the strength of your whole body is needed, not only the power of your arms. You have the strength to do it, just work the technique.

  • No the goal is use only your arms. Otherwise, you might as well get a friend to help you on the bars and call that a muscle up.

  • u gata squerm its widegrip

  • @fizzy408 Not if you're strong enough.

  • @fizzy408 His technique is flawless.

  • what??? a muscle up is called a muscle up because it takes strength. Using your whole body is fine but only in things like parkour and other stuff where the focus is on speed rather than strength and control. If you want to do a proper muscle up you should attempt it with minimal use of other parts of your body. That way you are really 'muscling' up. Just my opinon. PEACE

  • @Strummify kk thanks! i was just trying these out for fun =]. thx for the advice though

  • You do not use any leg muscle in this exercise. Its all upper body. Using legs would be "cheating".

  • after you get your body up over the bar you need to push up and do a dip movement to make the move complete but besides that it looked nice

  • very nice. put up some more of these vids. I think it would be apreciated.

  • bad move.you have to train more before post videos :} HF

  • I'll give kudoos for that...thats hard to do with a wider grip.

  • may i know what are the grip ranges for muscle ups?

  • whatever is most comfortable to you...the wider you go it changes the muscle groups being used...or it amplifies what is being done in terms of which muscles you r using.......

  • okay thanks

  • hey i just started last week and i only skipped one day but through out all that i did 40 push ups 40 pull ups 40 chin ups 40 curls and 10 of the hea in front of the bar and 40 crunches tell me am i on a good start

  • if your did this every day... no not a good start. rest = recovery.

  • I'm not arrogant, but I do this better=)))

  • good shit man i been training for 3 months i can only do like 12-15 normal pull ups so bro geep up the work cuz u good^

(average person knowadays can only do 3-5 sadly)

  • that is awesome dude!

  • sucks

  • that's funny coming from someone who only wants to be fit like these pullup kings on youtube but can only favorite them on his account.

  • You are a fucking exercise legend.

  • dont use your feet

  • awesame!good job!great! i can do only 1 normal muscle up!

  • i tried doing that at a ropes course but fell good thing i had a harness. but you... wow now, i only wonder how many pushups you are capable of doing...

  • lol. i beat my personal record for pushups last week. i did 150 straight. i also did 1,000 pushups in 45 minutes saturday morning. personal best.

  • thats crazy, i've never heard of anyone doing so many. how long have u been working out? (i can only do 15 but i'm only a kid)

  • Thats a rather wide grip...

  • shit ass form kicking ur legs and shit but its wutever wide grip r very hard to do unless ur upper body strength is very good

  • nice! ive never tried wide grip. ill try them tonight! good work

check out my muscle up videos!

  • You only did three more than me ;)

  • u look funny lol

  • shit man

    awesome!

  • You're a strong dude.

  • come down SLOWLY and you will work your muscles MUCH MUCH better.

  • coming down is for shoulders

  • Brother! Great Job! Work on keeping your body straight! Don't Use your legs and dont kip. Great job though. StayFit!

  • Remember, Quality Over Quantity!

  • would you look at that wide grip!!!!

  • its kinda wierd but i can only do musle ups after like a good pull up and push ups workout . i cant just go in and do musle ups( i can do 6 =] )

  • omg nice! very impressive... pullups r hard to do in the first place, and ur doing it with wide grip...

  • :O i'm shocked..is this you? ^-^...i mean the guy who's playing the guitar and stuff...

    woooow! i'm impressed :)

  • lool yeh its meeee. im not all about guitar and singing sometimes. haha. =]

  • True story bro you will be able to do more if you do them inside shoulder width. you are doing them outside shoulder width which makes them way harder because you put more work on your shoulders. GOOD SHIT THOUGH!!!! Check out my vids

  • you're the man!

  • I see you have not put un any videos yet. Whats the deal, I thought you were bad ass.

    quickieemart, you are amazing.

  • I don't know why someone would hate on you for this. These are extremely hard to do. So good job man.

  • thanks! i really appreciate it

  • haha damn bro i love working out like that .... ever if im heka tired i just keep on going.....

  • People like street need to be brutally awakened by life. Not everybody is the same if "this asian GAY fish sucks"-streetfighter Then uh post your video and stop being a bitch about someone who did post their video with this exercise.

  • thx! u tell him!!

  • why are you calling me an idiot? make a video of you doing them, then. let's see your magnificent strength.

  • i'm a fish? i didnt know wide grip muscle ups were supposed to be extremely easy.

  • Tecktonik head :D

  • 1 strict (wide grip) is more impressive than 10 on the one you showed in that video.

  • thx!!

  • hey mna when u first learnt muscle ups did u have the problem of one arm going up at a time instead of both oging up straight away, ive just learnt them maybe 1 month ago, and im still doing one arm over at a time, how to get both arms, is it technique or just strength, or do i just have to do many many repetitions a day until i can eventually just do it with both arms same time?

  • thats why they won most medals in olympics

  • um. who. the vietnamese surely didn't.

  • that's so damn hard ... I can do one and it takes like 30 seconds and i have to be in full stamina ... Congratulations

  • thanks a lot. yeh im up to 8 now. woot!

  • Great form!

  • thx!

  • WTF?

  • Cool stuff man, I can give you one tip:

Dont have your arms that wide and I guarentee that they will be faster :-)

Keep up the good work, Asa.

  • awesome! thanks

  • Nice! good ups bro, keep it up!!

  • thanks. new vid comin up. im shooting for 10 muscle ups

  • I'm looking forward to your future vid bro, peace.

  • Good set homie keep it up.

  • hey thanks. appreciate it.

  • How did you progress from regular pullups to muscle ups? Just a matter of doing a lot of pullups? I can do 15 wide grip pullups in a row, but I'm not even close to being able to do a muscle up, and that's my goal.

  • i'll give you a tip that helped me. I wasnt able to do muscle ups, and cant do perfect muscle ups now either, but what i did to learn the technique was to do muscle ups with a help weight. I used a pullupmachine to lower my body weight. you can find them at gyms. It took me two days at the gym to learn the technique. and then i could do muscle up without help weight. I can only do maybe 5-7 wide grip pullups. like i said, my muscle ups arent perfect. i just learned it 3 days ago or something.

  • u are fucking ripped. i want ur body.

  • way cool man.

  • Look how far apart your shoulders are!

    Nice one mate!

  • I have a problem with these indoors, due to the obvious reasons (doorway pull-ups). If you could be so kind, could you give me a tip for a good muscle builder I can do indoors? I'm about medium experienced with pull-ups.

  • damn thats tough to try to work on muscle ups while being so limited lol. um i'd say just work on getting a LOT of reps down. that'll build ur endurance so that when u try a muscle-up you will be able to get further up than normal. good luck on those man.

  • do pull ups up to your Chest with Strict form - also do explosive ones, like Clap pull ups, or explode up and change your grip, Wide to narrow, or palms out to palms in - its the explosive burst you need to do the muscle up. as well as the technique and strength ofc.

  • Huan, you gross me out. LOL. <33333

  • God job dude-but why such a wide grip?

I bet you could do mure if your hands were soulder width apart.

  • hmm yeah i actually noticed that when i did them at the gym. i was able to do 4 in a row after my entire chest workout with a closer grip. thanks for the realization lol.

  • Cool man, yes a lot more clear. Man you do that well, I see where the arms come from
