it's really easy once you realize that the only way to make the final move is to move into a gap between two other quarters.

At that point, you realize that all you need to do is make that gap, and it all just falls into place naturally.

Is not a "hard-as-balls" puzzle, if you give it a couple of secs you realize that you need a gap at one point and from there is quite easy to solve, so I'm not sure if this can get you a free drink, however it is a fun little puzzle :)
