and kharatcake....obviously if you can take from the video that you should use a "darker gray" then you understand the concept...she mentions the colors from MAC or other brands so that you can use that as a reference ; )

Actually, I say the names so I won't have to get 10 billion times "what color did you use?" "what brush did you use". I show the colors so that way people can at least see them and so "Oh Electra...that's basically like my silver color from such and such". But yeah, having to keep up with different names and brushes (ESPECIALLY BRUSHES) is a bit of a headache at times. :)

Love this look!! By the way Fran, could you recomend a white khol pencil for the water line that doesn't irritate the eye area and that is long lasting? I've tried others like Rimmel, and Make up Forever Khol pencils but they just don't last on my water line :( Thank you for the tut.

I can't keep anything on my waterline either. However, if you burn the tip of the Rimmel kohl liners for just a second and then put it on, it lasts all day. That's the only thing that works for me.

I've never used an eye gel. A good way to test it out though to see how well it would work would be to put some of the gel on the back of your hand, apply the glitter, and see how it holds up for a while. :)

I put Elderflower eye gel from thebodyshop and put MAC glitters on top. The gel dried up and the glitters seem not to be moving even when I gently run my fingers on top. If I press harder the glitters move but don't go too far. Guess it might work. Thank YOU !
