  • I don't know what's more amazing- that the guy killed the robber or that a bingo hall still exists!

  • Great video.

  • i love stories like this one. not because somebody got them selves killed but, becauce it deffies the governments idea that we cant take care of ourselves.

btw, only felons of violent nature should have their firearms rites revoked. growing 2 pot plants in your basement doesnt make anyone a loose cannon

  • BINGO!!

  • Bingo!

  • R.I.P. ALTON

  • I hope I NEVER have to use my weapon but if I do I will NOT shoot to wound. Good job by this business owner.

  • @469trav That's right. You shoot to stop the threat.

  • NoGuff gets it. !00% correct.

  • "Never the less the case will still be reviewed by the states attorney general's office" - The liberal news media still don't get it. SELF DEFENSE MORONS. One more scumbag off the street.

  • Stand your ground law also covers anyone, anywhere they can be, legally, even on the street

  • wow I guess there really are smart cops out there

  • That's it "stand your ground" then squeez off six and thank you for BINGO.

  • I'm a liberal and totally believe in the right to bear arms, though I usually keep mine in a shirt. Scoves, I think it's fair to say that your use of the descriptor "scumbags" is far too broad, too easy, and absolutely untrue, not to mention lacking of critical thought.

  • yeah but by helping the liberal agenda you're hurting your 2nd amendment right which is argueable MORE important than the 1st, because you couldn't have the 1st without the 2nd to ensure you keep both.

  • Chalk one up for the good guys. 6 shots?...cool, you must remember you do NOTshot to kill. You shoot to stop the threat.

  • What? lol

  • anybody who rushes into a bingo hall with a shotgun, firing it, should be shot and killed. Dont need people like that in our community.

  • "You shoot to stop the threat"

--But he stopped the threat, didn't he?

FYI: In police training, to protect their lives and the lives of citizens, they're taught that "stopping the threat" means killing, because one bullet most of the time won't put a man down, and even if he is down, it doesn't mean the threat is eliminated. A man can shoot while he's on the floor.

No policeman's wife wants to be told her husband is dead but"did the right thing" by not killing an armed assailant.

  • good job

but send the manger to the range

nextime he might not be luckjy enough to fire off 6 shots

gotta kill the people with 2 shots

  • Telling big lies to the public over and over was a cornerstone of Nazi propaganda. Now, we see that same style of leadership directly from the White House and the Obama Administration with regard to attacks on the Right to Keep and Bear Arms

  • Don't forget, telling lies was also a cornerstone of communist propaganda as well.

Both fascism and communism have a couple of things in common: they are collectivist and totalitarian, putting the individual last and the leadership first.

  • The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.

    Thomas Jefferson

  • i was there when all that stuff happened. i wish that kid would've never come in there. he pointed his gun at quite a few people. i am glad no one innocent was hurt.

  • right on

  • bingo and guns... a match made in heaven ....

  • Love that bingo

  • Glad to see it, living in Arizona we have very good gun laws you can open carry a firearm or you can apply for a concealed weapons permit. Bad guys don't like looking down the business end of a gun. We have a large Illegal immigrant population here and they cause 95% of the crime. I keep a semi auto 12 guage shot gun on hand just in case someone tries to hurt me or my family, I would gladly sit in a prison cell to keep my friends and family from harm.

  • haha "reviewing the case," means inviting the victims over to a cookout after filing the case away.

  • Congratulations to the manager who eliminated the trash with lawful armed self defense.

The report is wrong, though, in that it is NOT Florida's stand-your-ground law that enables people to defend themselves with deadly force. Our right to do so does not spring from that law, which merely removed the so-called "duty to retreat" if you had a safe avenue of escape. Besides which, that would probably never be used against a defender because how can anyone KNOW he has a "SAFE" avenue of retreat?

  • Do what?

  • Score one for the good guys.

  • The news always makes it sound like the citizen did something wrong when they report self defense shootings.

  • No one should ever get used to killing--even in self defense--but he did what he was forced to do. I wish every state had a "stand-your-ground law".

  • I say good for him, he had the right to carry the gun and defend his buniess and most likely saved his and lots of the patrons lives with what he did.

  • wow, so after did they just continue playing bingo. lol

  • Interesting incident.

  • Nice.

  • My moms uncle lives there

  • He met lethal force with lethal force. Good job.

  • if that occurred on a college campus the administrators were preferred if 25 people would be killed then allow one person to carry to protect him or herself.
