oh sorry i'had express in french my homage to the grand master pan nam for his reasearche of history and oreal origin of wing chun when he was alive ! i have said that panam had include internal with external that it's rarely in western country where we focus only the energy in extern practise like western boxing ! it's regretable because internale philosophy and energy is very interesting with his also 116 movement than 108 !
