@DawnFromPokemon1 save before talking to it then talk to it if its not shiny run away click the l r start and select button at the same time. It'll take you to the press start menu when you countinue the game it'll still be there. If its not shiny repeat. this may take up to 1000 times (no joke)

@pokevgamer The zekrom you encounter at N's castle cannot be shiny at all. What you need to do is fill every slot in your party and your pc. That way the game will let you advance without catching zekrom. Apparently the zekrom is available afterwards at dragon-helix tower, where N finds reshiram, and where it now has the 1/8024 chance to be shiny =3
