erm... so this is basically a non story.

with a title like "skulls found in chicago apartment" i was led to think it would be about some hillbilly cooking his neighbours for a quick snack.

so, he bought the skulls on ebay, there are other skulls on ebay, but the police want to know 'where' he got the skulls. bloody hell - these cops are dense!
