Não dá para comparar fullframe com aps. Apesar de ter uma 7d, realmente, n tem como comparar. Full se compara com full e aps com aps. =] Tratar igualmente os iguais e desigualmente os desiguais ..isso vem desde Aristóteles! =]
@supercalifrachidisi i think most people wont be able to spend that money... at least i dont have it. there is always something better. but the real thing is to achieve great pictures with what you have. my opinion...^^
oh, and you are right, hasselblad really is great... my dram is the H4D-60... 29,000€... something about 38.000US$ i think...
@shwow202 ISO is the sensitivity of film or in this case of the sensor, this higher the number, the more sensitive it is, the brighter the picture will be, however the higher you, the more grainy the photo will be.
@shwow202 It's your light sensitivity. The higher the ISO the more sensitive to light the camera is. In most cases it also produces grainier images at higher settings, larger image files and overall loss of color quality. As cameras technology is getting better we see less and less of this.
Precisely. But clearly one can tell the 7D is much grainier at all sensitivities especially 1600 and above. Even at 800 you can see a very visible noise with the 7D.
this test to me shows that both of these cameras are very similar when there is enough light on your subject... granted the 7d blows out much worse at the higher iso but at normal ranges for daytime they are very similar... if this test was done with less available light I think you would see much more of a difference, 5d would be better ... check out the music video I made on Canon 5d using only available light, it's on my page... tell me what you think...
The color is very different from the 7D to the 5d. It looks like white balance was off for the 5D. It leans towards a yellow tint (warmer). Was there flourecent lighting overhead?
5d has a moor cinematic look to me

If you really want to see a good Quality in your pictures, stop using Canon and try Hasselblad H3D-39

The sound of typing in the background decreases both luminance and color noise at high ISOs. Great trick!

Your white balance is different on both cameras, can you do another video with the same white balance?

I agree.
The WB is quite different between the 2 cameras. It makes it much more difficult to see the proper effect of the ISO on the images.
I think it would have been better to set a CWB on both, then do the test. ;)
