  • Not sure what you heard on Howard Stern, but "Lucky Man" is an old Emerson, Lake and Palmer song written by Greg Lake.

  • @popkorn520 Per wiki: "Lake included an acoustic song (with a keyboard outro hastily recorded by Emerson) called "Lucky Man," based on a poem he had written at the age of 12."

    I didn't know that.

  • did you guys know? the singer wrote this at the age of 12? heard Howard Stern say it.

  • Is that the tommy shaw from Styx??? If it is, what is he doing with this Blades dude. ?? He's not that great (Blades) by any standard. Shaw could do MUCH MUCH better.

  • @tbart4 Jack Blades is an incredible songwriter and performer.

  • Has it really been that long?! Nothing is better than Shaw/Blades in a small setting. They are incomparable together!

  • what i see is they show the wifes just sitting there; enjoying doing their own thing; just like a hometown practice of a small band having a good time (probably being their worst critic at the time or best fan) and enjoying it. Love the Shaw Blades sound. Would love to see them live!

  • Actually, they pulled people from the audience and put them on the couches behind Shaw/Blades. Sorry, not their wives!

  • Saw them last night. They were amazing!!!

  • Ah, I remember it well. I think I need another show.

  • I agree with you Zan! 8 days and I already need another fix! lol!
