My fiance proposed to me a few nights before Christmas. He did it beneath the giant Christmas tree at our state's Capitol complex. He told me we were going to go and "look at Christmas lights." I love this song and it reminds me of when my husband proposed. He proposed on Christmas Eve 2006 at the Holidazzle parade in Minneapolis. But instead of asking me to be his wife, he asked me if i would be his princess for life. @icefoot72 my fiance did that. He knows how much I love Christmas and he wrapped my ring box in gold paper and put it under the tree 4 days after christmas. I forgot to plug in the tree and he told me to do it. When I did I saw the box and I turned around and he was on one knee with this playing. It was so special. Especially since he was in an accident and his knees are really bad. He was still on one knee to propose to me. I felt so special and loved.
