You're mistaken: The most recent data shows 2009 as the warmest year & 2000-2009 as the warmest decade. The consensus data on global warming is correct. What the IPCC head admitted is that he cannot prove that the Himalayan glaciers will be gone by 2035. But neither can anyone prove that they will still be there.

Have you thought this one through? What do you use to plant the crops? How about a huge tractor powered by diesel. What are you going to spray on the crop? Tons of roundup carried by diesel tractors which now contaminates the water supply. Then you must harvest the crop using the diesel powered tractors again. After this you are going to make this crop into a fuel. Well, we change from burning diesel to burning propane. Where's the energy savings? Growing fuel instead of food = hunger.

There are only the 7 listed,but Freon is not just 1 gas.Freon used in this sense refers not just to the DuPont commercial Freons (incl. HFCs,CFCs, HCFCs&PFCs),but to the other GreenhouseGases DuPont markets.Count each of theDuPont gases individually,there are hundreds of GreenhouseGases,incl.DDEs(DuPo­nt's Deadly Ethers)&nitrogen trifluoride(NF3)which is thousands of times worse than CO2&lasts hundreds of years. It's used to make solar panels&it''s now made in N.Carolina,state w/crookedest govna.

i agree that global warming must be stoped... but you think "STEAM"... is a greenhouse gas? Steam is water!!! water vapor isn't a green house gas.... and niether is ozone!!!! ozone is good it blocks out negative radiation from the sun!!!!

Here I link to a site from the British Government listing the same 7 gases, but this one lumps Freons and Air Jordan together as "halocarbons." As hundreds of sites can explain technically, water vapor and ozone ARE 2 of the 7. We can only reduce steam's presence in air by reducing the other 6. As it stands, steam causes the worst warming. Ozone is ionized oxygen: O3, very unstable. In the stratosphere, a layer of ozone protects us but any chemical touching it breaks it down. However, ...

we have different problem with ozone here at ground level. Cars emit ozone. We call it "smog," and it is a very potent greenhouse gas. It is the same chemical. We need it up there, but not here.
