The music is likely copyrighted. It's been said that youtube is a marketer's dream and a lawyer's nightmare. The same can be said of LittleBigPlanet.

Levels which break copyrights (or are a tribute oto something) in LBP are always moderated out of existence.

Media molecule made something fucking amazing, and American Law fucks it up so royally it makes me wanna cry.

In Japan its actually encouraged to tribute art or a series.

It gets worse. Copyright law in America pretty much FORCES the owners to be dickish and aggressive. If they know their copyright is being violated and don't do anything about it, they can lose that copyright.

Those laws are not compatible to this generation. You can't just sue or incarcerate your way out of certain problems. The morality of it is debatable, but more importantly it's just UNREALISTIC. And I think that's becoming clearer to more people.
