You must be logged in as an Administrator to have that option. As per your comment I would guess the reason why you don't have it is that your account is a limited or user account and not an administrator or your account is the only existing account on the system. You may not be able to delete an account that you're currently logged into.
Due to copyright issues I am unable to add a sound track or some music in the background but am thinking of composing something for my next video. Let us know if you would like a video tutorial on anything iT. Thanks for watching.
