thanks congrats on the 22 lbs so far. its a big difference from you newest vid. to this one. anyway keep up with me. its nice to see older people doing it and i enjoy the networking and not feeling alone. and this way i dont have to be all weird around my younger friends these days you know! because i have mainly skinny frineds and it kills me. on here i can just be me!! good luck this week
