Did John Landis Rip this off for his new movie Burke and Hare? I Know Burke & Hare is based on a true story but it seems like the same movie with a bigger budget, more backing and (subsequently) more likely to be a mainsteam success. It'll be hard to beat this film though.

Who ever thinks this is boring and has no action obviously hasn't seen this movie. It wasn't boring for me at all. Watch this it's a very dark and oldish style film love it!

Makes me think of Comedy of Terrors with Vincent Price and Peter Lorre. Mostly the look, and it being a horror/comedy. This looks good though. If you want to see this, try to get a hold of Comedy of Terrors. Out of print, but a really good dark comedy/horror flick.

I totally agree with Dawn. I'm not a horror fan, but this film was very funny. Lot of dark humor and not too heavy on the blood, guts and gore.

I hate horror films, but I loved this movie. The director and writer said he wanted a film that was approachable and entertaining, not a gore fest like popular horror films today. For a horror-sissy like me, this was the perfect mix of comedy, suspense and a little horror.
