I think T-ara hired backup dancers from the U.S because I'm sure it would be too expensive to actually bring their korean backup dancers along. I remember that was the same for when G.NA performed in the U.S that one time too, she had different back up dancers too.. which pretty much explains why the dancers look so young. They probably haven't even met T-ara yet and have just practiced the dance themselves.
