Not saying they would win but I love my Houston Rockets and I rememeber at the time wishing they could have played the Bulls in those championships they played cause as much as I love my Hometown team.... I LOVED Jordan too. He was so entertaining to watch.
these bulls players didnt expect to be great, but they did great work to earn what they accomplished, lebron didnt win shit yet and is already talking about winning 10 rings, dream on lebrick
Chicago Bulls were all about teamwork and honor and had 1 superstar compare that to the Miami Heat today are careless, money grubbing and ball hogging bastards cuz Lebron, Wade, and Bosh want to be the 1 superstar
diegoris23 If you play basketball, you have to take a look at - "50-inch-vertical[dot]com". it s highly recommended! I m 5 8 and started dunking just after just 2 months of the training!
NBA 2K11...this is my team. I still can't get over how cool it is that this entire team is accurately represented in a modern cutting edge Basketball sim. It was long overdue.
If you ever forget bout michael and how he played that was VERY inspiring, watch this.kobe did nothing like mike when he was young. shaq was the man that time.kobe did nothing but put shots up.michael did all of em
I miss this era not only for Jordan, but for the whole Bulls teams...and not only for this team, but for every team. Teams back then (and in the 80's also, and before) had a bond that I can't seem to feel anymore. Now it's about trading players, it's about business and opportunity before all, and now players don't have the same charisma, will, power, amazingness, passion, and memorable legendary aura as players had back then...
This truly is an end of an era. I dont think post-1998 the nba was ever as good or spirited as much as before. Idk, watchin this gives me a hollow feeling that NBA would never be as good after this year
@LDX97 gotta understand mj was still grieving the loss of the murdered father and people grieve in different ways and if thats what it took for him not to have a complete nervous breakdown as I would if it were me mj needed that, lets face it he was burned out but dude came back from retirement owned the league again lol
@yungserg15 I still to this day believe that. the Bulls had it won from 1991-1998. Jordan was coming off an NBA Finals record 41 PPG in the 1993 fnals, he was on a ROLL. that WHOLE team was intact, all in their primes. NO DOUBT about it they had 8 in a row won just like the Celtics in 1959-1966 (8 in a row)
come on! forget Steve Kerr! only a few seconds for Dennis Rodman in this series of dvds? why? he was such a key part of the team - a great hustler, rebounder and defender. he added so much that was missing in the two years they did not win.
don't want to make is so middle america doesn't buy these dvds? he is made to look like a minor bit player. and he was definitely not. at the time there was a lot of focus on him.

shettup in this series or season Rodman was pretty much done, he wasnt the player he used to be, and was replaced by tony Kukoc as a started, might as well argue why Kukoc did not appear more, it made no sense apart from ur man crush ur homo!
Because he wasn't that much of a factor in 1998 as he was in the previous years infact he was replaced as starter. But if you watch the 97 and especially the 96 video you will see much more highlights of Rodman.
I stopped watching the NBA when Jordan & The Bulls ended their dynasty because I knew I'll never see anything like that ever again, I'm left with just a smile :)
Man it is very sad to think we wil never witness anything like Michael Jordan or The Chicago Bulls of the 90s ever again. Yea there are players with potential like Lebron or Kobe but what this man did for the city of Chicago and basketball in general is truly unbelievable. EVERYBODY watched MJ and the Bulls and its depressing, living in Chicago to think that there will never be a run like this ever again. .... unless the bulls grow some marbles and spend some money to build around Derrick Rose
I really miss these days, and this epilogue really makes me sad. It is hard to believe it has been TEN YEARS since the Bulls last hung a championship banner. It's unfortunate that Marv Albert was not able to give it one last hurrah with NBC, but at least we have him bidding farewell on this video.
This last one was the sweetest because I followed this season from start to finish.
So the question that everybody wants to know is which Bulls three-peat was better..'91-93 or '96-98? The Bulls first 3-peat, they went 45-13 in the playoffs, the second was, believe it or not, 45-13 as well..1st dynasty at Chicago Stadium during playoffs:25-6..second run at UC: 30-3..on the road: 1st run 20-7 second run 15-10..if I HAD to choose, I'd take the first edition..they had more of a killer instinct then the '96-98 teams...but it's a toss-up..
even the old bulls and the new bulls faces on 96-98 they are just the same the passion and intensity in the game never change ..that's why they got 3 peat .. 3 peat again and again...lol
nothing against with white or black, brown im asian , just wanna make clear what im saying. this is what i don't like about the race , i can't or not allowed to describe ppl asian, black , white. tsk!

i dont think so they played in the 90's weaker competition come on the pistons would have pyhsically pounded the bulls did you forget the pistons hard nose play!
R u forgetting that the bulls had the greatest duo in history in MJ and Pip, had Dennis Rodman on the boards, had Phil Jackson who is probably the second best coach of all time behind Red Auerback, and that the Bulls had a 72 wins season, and lost 3 games in the playoffs that year?!?! I believe enough has been said!!!
The pistons did try that approach for a year, it worked, until the bulls figured out how to beat it. yeah, i also remember when the pistons lost to the bulls in the playoffs they walked off the court like morons. They never beat them in the playoffs ever again once they got detroits number.
hahahahaha salvador36213 you must be joking if I remember didn't the Bulls beat the Bad Boys and Showtime in 1991 the 1st championship year and they won more championships than the bad boys and showtime put together and more total than Birds celtics
did you forget the 2 time champion Pistons getting swept by the Bulls in '91 and then walking off the court not shaking hands with the new champs. The 72 win Bulls would totally kick ass against them.
excpet 4 the Sox in 05, the city of Chicago will never experience a championship run like this again, @ least not anytime soon, the Bears came close in 06, & of course y'all seen how the Cubs went out there & choked.
see, that's Y the Cubs will always be known as the lovable losers, truth is, I'm ALSO a Cubs fan as well as a Sox fan, yes, I support BOTH teams, but I have a problem with the arrogance displayed by most Cub fans that I conversate with, I mean, how can y'all be sofaking arrogant when them cats have been 1 & done the last few times they made the 'offs?
