ALL angels and humans that have been, are and will be on this earth are Gods children. So therefore, Lucifer was/is our Heavenly Fathers child. I will agree that Lucifer was not the only begotten son of the Father, because the only begotten son was/is our Savior Jesus Christ. Begotten means that Christ is the only naturally biological son of God.
