Sorry about your broken leg but good to see that you don't let your crutches stop you from being out and about. I too drive a four-door car and once in the drivers seat I pass my crutches over the steering wheel and place the tips on the foot well ahead of the passenger seat. A little awkward with undies but much easier with forearms, but I don't have to hop in a heel to the back door.
you ambulate really smoothly in the crutches, that's cool. i hope you heal quickly and i hope you didn't have multiple breaks in your leg! good thing it was your left, so you can still drive.
