I like your hair. :o) I used H.S. 14-1 before but my twist doesn't last with that product. However it was very soft and it had great moisture in it. yay. H.S. 14-1. :O)

@seasonsblend I don't really use that product anymore. I think it works better in the colder months than in the winter months... :)

I love the hair and make up. I just don't like ammonia and peroxide in the colors. I like rinses, because they are less damaging.

@97msvictoria Yes, I pull the twists apart and fluff and style with my fingers. Sometimes I take a hair pick and gently lift at the roots.

I been telling folks about activator moisturizers. I use both Wave nouveaue and HS 14 and 1. Yes! it may have mineral oils but it does it job. People are making a lot of money off us, with these expensive "natural" and sum not natural products, just because it's catering to the natural( hair) SISTA consumer. Be smart Yall!

I love your hair color but I am afraid to put another color in my hair because of the damage that I had that I am still recovering from. Do you do anything special to your hair besides the regular co-washing, deep conditioning and moisturizing to keep it so healthy looking and moisturized? Are you using products that are specific to color-treated hair?

No I didn't do it myself, I had it colored at a salon. The inspiration for the color was a NY socialite named Shala Monroque.
