Well said...I've definitely taken advantage of training from Mike Dillard and Mike Klingler. These guys are great teachers, and I will continue to learn and take advantage of their training. I also use it to teach others.
But it makes a lot of sense (for me) to continue to learn, challenge and grow within this industry. It's like you said, it's not about "jumping ship," it's about enhancing the learning.
