MOST bouncers are thugs but hopefully there is a Head of Security or manager always present to see that things are done right. This looks like it was done right. As far as bystanders getting hit, have you ever been in the middle of a brawl were people are hitting you from all sides? Bystanders need to just move out of the way or they might get hit. Thats a no brainer !

There are about 4 decent bouncers in guildford, the rest of them take example from the kiddy beating fuckwits up at Time (Dusk).
