Hey, i d like you make me know something: buy an asus eee pc 1101ha with 11, 6 screen and 1,3gh compu (but overclocked at 1,7 gh) or an asus eee pc 1005ha with 10, 1 screen and 1,6gh compu? I mean is 1,7 versus 1,6, or something other? Appreciate for your reply.

I highly doubt it, the Intel Atom Z520 is only single core at 1.33ghz which is one of the less powerful atom processors... I would recommend the Asus 1201N for gaming

i need help asap it says i like need to restart by pressing 'r' and everytime i do that it loads for a second then it just like goes to the same screeen like windows/something/ insert cd rom or something but there is no place to put the cd rom

I also heard that the 2GB RAM overclocking/underclocking features in the BIOS problem was a glitch and has been fixed in the newer released BIOS upgrade. So it was just a mistake and wasn't supposed to happen.

I am pretty sure they used the z520 so they could use the gma500 chipset which has hw accelerated video so you can watch hd videos. The models with n270 or 280 often has lower resolution than a standard 1280*720 hd video so there really is no point in having gma 500 in there.

But u can overclock the 1101HA, already comes with this feature. And it´s resolution is higher, so it´s better to watch HQ movies. On the other hand, the 1005HA already comes with a faster processor(N270 and N280) and is a little bit cheaper. And the Shift key is full size, which some people prefer. Regards

that looks pretty cool, but don't you think the market of netbooks is being clouded by ASUS. Making netbooks that are closer and closer to notebooks? What do you think is driving this?

I do think that Asus are confusing people with too many models. The market is driving this. A lot of companies want to stay ahead of the game, so they assume bringing out new models will help them.

They need to take a look at Apple's marketing and design. Make a really good design, then evolve it. For example, if Asus make tiny changes to the 1101HA next year, they should call it the 1101HA2 or 1101HA(2009). That way users would know they are getting a revised model of a great netbook.
