  • Im kinda stuck between a Bourgeois vintage om and a Collings Om2h. Has anyone ever played these two guitars before. Just curious to see what others have to say! I've at least narrowed it down to 2. I do realize they have slightly different voicing.

  • @junoMcguff1 Hey, I'm in the exact same situation but also considering a santa Cruz Om (possOM/PM). I cant get access to any of them to try due to my location - lack local retailers.. Do you mind me asking if you have had thoughts either way & why??

  • I've only played a few of Dana Bourgeois guitars - I've absolutely NEVER played a better guitar.

  • great guitar, nice blues but dont forget the good guitars need good players

  • Very nice. What's the name of the tune played? I'd love to know - I learned it after hearing it once on the radio about 30 years ago! No idea who played it, or title!! it's been puzzling me all this time. many thanks.

  • The Last Steam Engine Train by John Fahey. I have one of these Bourgeios Vintage OM's. One of the best instruments I've ever played.

  • Sounds dreamy. I must also say that it's a beautiful and articulate playing of the Train.

  • Yeah, Bourgeois guitars are very special! Extremely well built and by far the best sounding I ever laid hands on. I´m the owner of a Slope D Sunburst. Fantastic guitar!

  • cool hohoho merry xmas lol joke lol
